Highly effective school improvement starts with a thorough analysis of your school's strengths and needs. ​​​A school review can provide a helpful outside perspective and avoid potential 'blind spots'.

Working either individually or alongside your team, I can ​​​​

​

• shape the review based on your vision, goals and needs

​​

• visit lessons, look at books, talk to students, staff and stakeholders, and review data 

​​

• discuss emerging strengths, weaknesses and potential action points ​​

​​

• meet with the Principal and senior team throughout the review to ensure the recommended action points will work for you​​

​​

• write a detailed report that you can share with Governors or Trustees. 

​

I can also provide further support with 

​​

• writing a clear, highly useful SEF

​​

• creating targeted, time-bound, data-driven development plans

​

• implementing any aspects of the development plan

​

• reviewing the progress of the development plan at later date(s).
