Leaders sometimes need to make choices, like whether to deploy their team to tackle the immediate issues or to focus on longer-term development of curriculum and teaching.

I can help you do both.

By creating and delivering a highly effective staff development programme for you, we can give your senior team the capacity to tackle those pressing day-to-day issues, while also ensuring they can take over the completed staff development programme when they are ready.

Either individually or with a trusted associate, I would 

​​

• meet with you and your senior team to learn your vision and analysis of your needs

​​​

• review teaching across the school

​​​

• write a detailed report and draft a CPD and coaching programme for your approval 

​​

• deliver engaging, highly effective CPD targeted to staff needs

​​

• make best use of SLT link meetings, Heads of Department meetings or department meetings to implement key aspects of the programme

​​

• coach individual staff as needed. 

​​​

Through the programme, I would

• work with your team to quality assure the ​programme and respond to emerging needs 

​​​

• consult your team to ensure the programme is consistently meeting your needs and that they can lead it when you feel they have the capacity.
