Why coaching?
Leading a school or trust is a complex and demanding process. For even the most experienced leaders, those demands can make it difficult to find the head space for strategic thinking.
When coaching, I help you navigate those complexities. I provide you with a safe, confidential space where I listen and ask questions that will help you consider a problem from new angles, analyse risks, overcome barriers and think at your best.
If they lack knowledge in a particular area, some leaders want me to suggest options to consider. The options I share are always practical and based on successful experience.
Most leaders find they achieve far more in one hour of coaching than they would in several hours of thinking outside the coaching room.
They also have greater peace of mind and joy from their work.
'Change' Package
For new leaders, those taking on new responsibilities, or those who want to take the next steps in their career. The 'Change' package helps you successfully tackle new challenges and build the skills to succeed.
'Extend' Package
For experienced leaders who want to deepen their knowledge, skills and thinking in areas outside their existing skill set.
