
Leadership Coaching
Leadership is a demanding job that sometimes does not leave you enough space to think.​​ Leadership coaching is designed to create that space in an efficient way. By asking the right questions, I can help you find the right answers.
​​​I work with all levels of leadership. In our first coaching meeting, we will explore your goals and agree on a programme to help you achieve those goals, including how often we meet, when and for how long.

Coaching programmes are entirely flexible and might look like this:

a 1-2 session package to explore a particular problem you are currently grappling with

a 4-6 week package to achieve a key outcome, like helping to shape your development plan or manage a restructure

an 8-10 week package to help you develop particular leadership skills, like having difficult discussions, managing meetings more effectively, or getting the best balance between strategic and operational leadership

a 10-12 week package to help new leaders perform at their best in their new roles

a flexible longer-term package to help you be think through the demands of the job so that you are more efficient and effective in work - and have the head space for life outside of work

Coaching sessions are held over video link and can be in the evenings. In between sessions, In between sessions, I am happy to answer any questions, discuss emerging needs, or review any documents, data, resources or plans so that our sessions are used to best effect.
