Highly effective school and trust improvement starts with a thorough analysis of your strengths and needs. ​​​A trust or school review can provide a helpful outside perspective and avoid potential blind spots.

Working either individually or alongside your team, I can ​​​​

• shape the review based on your vision, goals and needs

​​​

• meet with leaders and review your systems and meeting structures

​

• visit lessons, look at books, talk to students, staff and stakeholders, and review data 

​​​

• discuss emerging strengths, weaknesses and potential action points ​​

​​​

• meet with the CEO, Principals and senior teams throughout the review to ensure the recommended action points will work for you​​

​​​

• write a detailed report that you can share with Governors or Trustees. 

​​

I can also provide further support with

• writing a clear, highly useful SEF

​​​

• creating targeted, time-bound, data-driven development plans

​​

• implementing any aspects of the development plan

​

• reviewing the progress of the development plan at later date(s).
