School Improvement Work

My fees for school improvement work are as follows:

​

• £500/day

• £550/day where over 100 miles (round trip) travel is needed

• £600/day where over 200 miles (round trip) travel is needed

The goals and length of each package will be tailored to suit your needs and budget. As a rough guide, examples based on previous packages include:

• Subject Development: one day, £500

• Raising Achievement and Exam Results: one and a half days, £750

• Whole School Review: three days, £1500

Coaching and Mentoring

My fees for coaching and mentoring are £75/session.  The goals and number of sessions for these packages are highly individualised.

As a rough guide, example packages include:

​​​​​

• Influence and impact: 8 sessions for £600

• New to senior leadership: 7 sessions for £525

• Strategic planning: 5 sessions for £375
