Inclusion

You want all of your students, including the most disadvantaged and those with SEND, to feel valued and achieve their full potential.  This requires a holistic strategy.

  • develop your use of Teaching Assistants

  • ensure your behaviour systems support your most vulnerable learners

  • help your most vulnerable students to benefit fully from your Personal Development programme, extra-curricular offer and wider school life​​

  • ensure that Alternative Provision is meeting your students' needs.
